Okay, so this is the very first time I have ever written a review. For starters I'm 145lbs and about 5'7 I already drink a lot of water, so that wasn't a problem! The worst part about this product is the diet, but after a few days, I got used to what I had to do it was a breeze! I stopped smoking three days before beginning taking the jumpstart pills and then didn't smoke at all during the process after the 7th day ( which was yesterday) I drank about 5-6 bottles of water throughout the day and took an at home test at night! I was scared and nervous I smoked every day for three continuous years so I thought I'd take me a while to get clean! I PASSED! It works!!!!! wasn't sure this product was going to work as I have a urine test coming up for nursing school in 10 days. Ordered the detox and it came very quickly. I smoked down this morning( potent stuff) and started the jumpstart pills this afternoon. I have a bulk of THC home test and decided to take one as a "control" bc I knew I'd be "dirty." To my surprise 4 hrs later the test showed a very very faint line of a negative after only taking the jumpstart and drinking a ton of water. I couldn't believe it. I was hesitant on buying this because I was thinking there was no way this could work but I was in desperate need. I needed to get clean because I got an offer for a new job. I used all pills (which actually is for 10 days) I followed the directions except I did not do the workout. I drank tons of water though, at least 7, 16.9 oz bottles a day. I was a daily smoker. I took three days off before starting this detox. I followed every instruction, to include the diet, and at least one hour of excersize daily. I am still testing positive at this time. Luckily, my test is not for two days, so I have purchased Fast THC Marijuana Detox Kit, just in case.
